Welcome to WFM Labs
These terms of service (“Terms”) cover your use and access to wfmlabs.com, community.wfmlabs.org, and wiki.wfmlabs.org (together, the “Service”), operated by Specialty Directories LLC and WFM Labs (together, “WFMLabs”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WFMLabs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Arbitration Agreement
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree that all disputes between you and WFMLabs will be resolved by BINDING ARBITRATION. You agree to GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend your rights under these Terms. You also agree to GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION or similar proceeding.
Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the Southern District of Florida.
Access and Use of the Service
Service Description: The Service facilitates gathering and sharing of workforce management ideas and concepts among community members.
Registration: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. You must provide accurate registration information.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
Modifications: WFMLabs may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
Conditions of Use
Your use of the Service is governed by our Code of Conduct, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You agree to comply with all applicable United States export control laws. No commercial use of the Service is permitted without authorization.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. “WFMLabs” name and logos are trademarks of Specialty Directories LLC. You may not scrape, data mine, or reverse engineer the Service.

User Content
By submitting content to the Service, you grant WFMLabs a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.
WFMLabs may preserve and disclose content as required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. WFMLabs is not responsible for the content or practices of any linked sites.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WFMLABS BE LIABLE FOR MORE THAN ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). WFMLABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, you must first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting info@wfmlabs.org for at least 60 days.
Binding arbitration will be conducted through the AAA. If your claim is $25,000 or less, WFMLabs will pay the arbitration fees. All proceedings are confidential. Claims must be filed within one year.
Termination
WFMLabs may suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For non-arbitrated claims, jurisdiction is in Broward County, Florida.
